Registration

Stitching supplies:

You should travel to your classes with basic supplies listed here, each class will list anything beyond the basics. Included in this selection should be extra needles(tapestry and sharp), basting thread, embroidery scissors, pencil, notebook, ruler, pins, highlighter, hoop or small frame, extension cord, and any extra lighting or magnification you may require.

Registration Policies

  • Registration begins on June 23, 2011. Members receive priority. Anything received before this date will be considered first day. On-site registrations will be accepted at the show.
  • Preregistration ends August 15, 2011. All registrations received by that date will be processed and returned by mail. Any registrations received after that date can be picked up at the show at the Registration Booth.
  • Registrations will be accepted by mail or fax. NO registrations will be taken by phone or e-mail.
  • Registrations will be processed in order of postmark date.
  • All registrations MUST include phone number.
  • Confirmations will be mailed two weeks from receipt of registration.
  • Please read and sign the cancellation policy, or this form will be returned to you, delaying the processing of your registration.
